Welcome to the Signs for Mankind Shop, operated by Signs for Mankind. By accessing the Signs for Mankind Shop through any areas of the signsformankind.com site and purchasing products from the Signs for Mankind Shop (collectively the “Store”), you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Online Store Terms”).  Your use of the site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Online Store Terms and the Signs for Mankind Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Online Store Terms at any time in our sole discretion without prior individual notice. Any modifications to these Online Store Terms will be posted on the site. Your continued use of or access to the site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase products from the Store or use the site. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Signs for Mankind Shop. These Online Store Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.  

The Store is hosted on Godaddy. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.  

ONLINE STORE TERMS  
By agreeing to these Online Store Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.  

You may not use our products or Store for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Store, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to prohibited uses under Signs for Mankind Terms and Conditions of Use and Signs for Mankind’s Acceptable Use Policy). A breach or violation of any of the Online Store Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Neither the course of conduct between us nor trade practice modifies any provision of the Online Store Terms. 

Signs for Mankind may assign its rights and obligations under the Online Store Terms. These Online Store Terms will endure to the benefit of Signs for Mankind successors, assigns and licensees.
